Although the description of the Black Metal Outdoor Patio Plant Stand states 5 Tiers, mine only came with 4 shelves. I found the product easy to assemble by myself. It comes with a tool and assembly directions—nice, but does not include a flathead screwdriver for two very important screws that brace the top frame to the bottom frame. The Stand is being used as a bookshelf for my 8 year old granddaughter, who is an avid reader. It appears to be sturdy, but time will tell since all shelves are loaded with books. It is a very attractive design that does not dominate the room. I am very happy with my purchase.
