PROS: Long enough for a tall person to lay down (could easily seat four adults), firm yet very comfy seat cushions, attractive quality material, well built. Very happy with this sofa, and glad we got it at such a good price compared to other sellers (same exact sofa from Ashley, etc.). Assembly was not a big deal, just had to use personal tools at times, as the included ones are not very effective. Bottom line, we would recommend this sofa. It looks so nice on our patio, and we love spending time on it.CONS: Could definitely be shipped in a more sturdy and structured box. There were crushed-in areas of box upon delivery and we were afraid sofa parts might be damaged. There was a bent piece, but luckily it was minor and in the back bottom portion of sofa that would be against wall and not seen. Therefore, we did not contact customer service or try to return it, so we can’t speak on that.
