I live in a two-story condo with a small balcony and it was hard trying to find a smaller umbrella to fit nicely. This umbrella is perfect. I purchased this two months ago, so I feel I can give a fair review.I purchased a 32" round table and this umbrella fits down the center and works well with the table, but I did have to buy an umbrella wedge plug so it fits snugly and will not move. I bought a separate base and it fits well with that, too.The crank works well and it's easy open and close the umbrella. The tilting mechanisms works just as well, though it can be a little tough getting it to tilt, depending on where the button is in relation to where you're sitting. Also, since the crank uses a white braided rope to open/close the umbrella, I do worry about the longevity of it and it possibly wearing out, but so far it's been fine. I'm not sure if that would be easily replaceable, but I guess I'll find out should it break in the future. It has been able to withstand plenty of sun without fading and several thunderstorms with no problems. It has done well even on windy days since it has the air vent at the top. With the heavy storms and wind, the pole and umbrella shows absolutely no damage. The aluminum pole is sturdy and is holding up just fine.I purchased the white/tan color and it is very pretty and true to the color. From my experience, I foresee having this for several years and it holding up well.
