I purchased the large rectangular cantilever umbrella four years ago and the ground anchor after doing extensive research on quality and sizes across multiple companies and purple leaf quickly stood out as the best with no close second. This umbrella has been one of the best purchases I have ever made and I keep the external cover on it every time it is not in use to ensure longevity of the umbrella.For some reason this year, out of the blue a squirrel decided it wanted to start shredding the outside cover to use for nesting material and managed to completely shred off a 12“ x 12“ square of the cover. I have temporarily secured the bottom of the cover and umbrella in plastic wrap used by moving companies just to stop the destruction, but I needed a new cover for this summer once I begin to use the umbrella again.After contacting Purple Leaf’s customer service, Emily provided me with the link for the replacement cover that I ordered, and it quickly arrived. The customer service response was outstanding and something that means a lot for me to do business with a company in the future. I cannot say enough good about the quality of my umbrella and the wonderful Customer Service from Purple Leaf.
