Have you noticed how your umbrella has gotten "bleached out" or "sun stripes" ?? Sun light is bleaching the color, and rotting you material, before it's time. Protect it when not in use, with an Umbrella Cover. (From my experience, tie the bottom shut). I've had little Brown Bats up inside mine, makes your heart race, when you're not expecting visitors!
