I was searching for an outdoor dark brown resin-wicker loveseat and ottoman with cushions for my covered porch. After doing a lot of research, I ordered both the Kiawah ottoman and loveseat from Amazon. Amazon had the absolute best price. Both items arrived early, packaged well and in good condition. The ottoman was fairly easy to assemble except one screw did not line up with the hole. Did not make a difference in how it functions. Unlike some other reviews, the separately packaged covers for the cushions arrived at the same time as the furniture. It does take 2 people to put the covers on the cushions because the cushions are very firm and thick and the zippered opening is shorter than the length of the cover. The easiest method is to have one person fold the cushion in half (lengthwise) while another person slips the cover on. The cushions are very good quality. I also like the texture and weight of the covers, however, I would hesitate washing in a washer because there are a lot of loose strings inside the covers that will tangle. The sand color is the perfect neutral color that will work well for all seasons. The cover piping is more of a cream color versus white which I think looks better than white. The wicker color has a variation of dark and medium brown which adds some dimension to the color. Overall, the look is dark brown. The loveseat was in perfect condition except the bottom seat panel was missing 3 holes for screws to attach the seat to the side arm panel. I requested a return and Amazon processed it satisfactorily within 14 days. I ordered another loveseat which was received in perfect condition. Easy to assemble - all screw holes lined up. Cushions and covers were all perfect. Very comfy! Love this set so much that I'm considering ordering the matching arm chair.
