I cannot believe we spent this much for each of these chairs after waiting for their “missing delivery” for over a month. We bought a total of four chairs. The chairs were used approximately three times by average sized people. They were covered in between each use. Two out of the four chairs we purchased had the ties rip off so now the cushions are not held in place. One of the tires ripped off of the fabric ripping the base fabric. The other tie just simply popped off of the fabric. I contacted Amazon, who is not helpful. I contacted, customer service who was not polite on the phone and I contacted them via email which took them a week and a half to respond with A response of “its normal wear and tear.” So they will not help me with replacement cushions. Also, the silver metal feet on all of the chairs were resting after one month outside. Do not be fooled by how pretty these look online.
