This chair took a while to ship (but during Covid months). The items arrived well packaged. The frame is extremely sturdy and all hardware was well packaged. The written instructions weren’t as easy to follow as the diagram. Needs two people to assemble to make sure the bolts are tight enough. The cushion is very soft and the whole ensemble is cozzzzy! This is a beautiful piece that fits well with my daughters room makeover. It will never be an outdoor piece, so I can’t say how it would tolerate the elements. All family members love sitting in it. I added the fairy lights for ambiance.
