Just tested them out. Haven't used them. They are for December. I love them!These are great lights, however, they cannot be connected together. The description was misleading. We figured it out for our house because my husband is an electrician, however, be advised if you want to connect multiple strands together, these lights are not for you. With that being said, the quality is great, the color is beautiful, and they are durable. The bulbs are individually heat-shrinked to the wires instead of plugged into a socket (like traditional string lights), so there is no need to check individual bulbs. Also, the controller is not weather proof, so be careful if putting it somewhere where it will be exposed to rain or moisture. My husband ran it under our garage door to keep it out of the weather. Overall, we give the lights 4-stars. It would have been 5-stars if the description was accurate.Don’t expect to connect them end to end.Lights are a warm glow without being too bright. They seem well made.There are some dead bulbs..they don’t appear replaceable.. other than that so far so good. Not able to add another string eitherThe lights were not as bright as I thought they would be, but they were still very nice. I love the different settings on the remote. I was very pleased with this purchase.great lights, 8 modes, but unfortunately i didn't use any of the modes, because they didn't have the mode i wanted - twinkleGreat lights for the price. They are multi-function and more importantly HOLD THEIR MEMORY!I put them way up on my hill cause they are bright enough to be seen below. The picture i have has this light set circled. They lasted all season and are still working after a harsh ice winter. I bought multiple of these sets and will most likely buy more for next year.I bought a set of the purple lights for myself, but when my 19 year old daughter saw them, she wanted them for herself. I ended up buying another set of these so I could have some. They are a gorgeous shade of purple. I am pleased with my purchase :)
