I love these string lights on my dogwood tree. I've used them for years now. They last through rain and snow. They were very pretty for 4th of July outdoor decor. I just threw them on a hedge and stuck the Solar panel nearby. I like the twinkling function and that there were many to choose from. And since it’s summer and we get lots of light, they were on, quite a bit. This was also one of the best prices I found and had a long strand of lights. This lights lasted longer than a set I bought from Amazon a couple of months agoI'm very happy w these, will order more.for further decorating!.very satisfied! We replaced some older lights that had been on the deck for years. They were okay but were the warm white. These we just purchased are the whiter version and just add a nice soft touch to the deck. This is the second set that I have bought. The other was about 3 years ago. And I'm amazed that the 1st set is still working. I prefer solar lights to electrical just for the reason of not have a bunch of electrical cords running through my yard. These have been a great product hopefully the 2nd set will be just as good.I put these out December 2020 and decided I liked the look and just left them out for over a year. I just took them in and they’re still just as bright and reliable as the day I put them out. The placement got lots of light so they stayed on for several hours each night (except for rainy days, of course). They’ve been exposed to rain, ice, and heat but keep working. I got the bright white and they’re definitely bright but almost kinda blue, similar to those headlights you see. If I were to buy again, I’d buy the warmer color because it seems like they’d look more homey. Overall, a great buy!Price was good and lights were sufficient for my application, which was lighting up a tree trellis in the back yard with flowering vines on it. I bought two sets of two. The first set looked good but did not cover the tree so I ordered the 2nd set. One set of the four stopped working after a few weeks. Since I had four sets and it only took three strings I was able to swap out the bad one. After that it worked great for several months but now the photocell has failed on one string so it never goes out and the battery eventually dies despite the solar charger. I had bought a very similar product from another manufacturer SIX years ago and while more expensive than these they have been up on my back porch constantly since 2016 and continue to light thru the night. I will have to go back to those for the next replacement. You get what you pay for, I suppose. We used the product to brighten up our balcony palms.
