I got this set to add lighting to my trees in the front of my house. It was relatively easy to install but I got a bit dizzy circling around my palm trees. The light stays on with a bit of anchoring and I put the solar unit at the bottom. It seems to last all night, or at least it was always on when I goto sleep. There are just two buttons to control the lights, power on/off and mode. You can toggle through different mode pretty easily. I like to have some motion so I use the slowly transition one. Overall good value for a set of 4.Likes: Solar product; design and control supports 4 different lighting effectsDislikes: Live in costal climate and one light set didn't work. Not worth time and effort to return. Tossed. No qualms with Seller...only product.The first stand worked for about 2-3 weeks. Once that strand died, my plants were already wrapped around them, so I couldn't remove them but I did add another strand. They worked for one night! Don't waste your money.Product only work for 2night and then they die out I was so excited at 1st because they look beautifulI never received my multi color fairy lights I received Christmas colors lights not the colors I ordered I was very upset after I set up my arrangement and I let the lights setup up outside I noticed it was Christmas colors I was very upsetWhat a disaster! I can’t even return these because they are ruined just trying to go around my tree trunks.Not the best picture on my end but I'm seriously impressed with these fairy lights! Halloween decorations went up yesterday. We usually have lights on our trees for Christmas/Halloween. However, it's a hassle to unplug extension cords every other week when the lawn gets mowed. I wasn't sure how well solar fairy lights would work outdoors. WOW!! They're bright and stay on all night! They even have a twinkle mode setting. I'm totally switching to this option for Christmas lights for our trees as well!!Would like for them to be brighter.
