I'm skeptical about solar lights but these are worth itThey are very bright and show my dock off wonderfullySo they started out on my deck turned off and charging under the sun for a week to make sure I gave the a good chance for long lighting over night. Man these things look great lining my driveway. I have them next to the solid Happybuy Driveway Lights 12-Pack Solar Driveway Lights Bright White (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B075YSP3CH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which have been in place for 3 years and still going strong.Well these new ones look brighter, but the first time I rolled over one in my lawn mower tires (soft turf tires), I heard a nice crackle & crunch. I thought it was a goner, but it lit up again that night, and only onenight. The next day it was out. I replaced it with another I had as a spare. Now 2 others have dimmed to almost no light within 1 week of installation.These will not stand up to being rolled over by anything heavier than a bicycle. I roller over one with a wheel barrow and mulch in it ~ 150lbs, yep crackle crunch. I test my old ones my standing on them and having my shoe block the light so I can see if they still light up before dark. What happens when 180lbs of me stands on one of these...yes you guessed it crackle crunch.Now I have these aluminum webbing pieces broken off lying in my driveway awaiting me to run over them and get a flat. I guess that is the self defense mechanism. Roll over it 2 times and it sheds pieces of itself that are razor sharp and triangle shaped.I should have spent more and bought the solid ones again, these are crap.I'll be taking these up and replacing them soon. These are only good for no foot traffic or no vehicle traffic areas where they have no chance of damage from something going over them.Mine are going in the trash can.We recently remodeled our front yard and these really put it together for the night time scene. Perfect illumination for our new gravel walkway.Lights were smaller than I expected.Super easy set up, went with the cool white and they are very bright. It’s much easier pulling out of the driveway in the dark without going off into the lawn! Would buy againPlaced these on my driveway near the street. Makes it easier to see when it is dark and raining.Nice product look great. so far they stay on all night and early morning.
