At first it looked beautiful in the yard; a couple of months later it just stopped working. I wonder if I need to change the batteries. I gave it as a gift and it was perfect!Mom had to get rid of all her birdfeeders cause they had a rodent problem. Bought 3 of these. Cardinal, wood pecker, and blue jay. They are all wonderful. I recently moved out west for a job opportunity and one of my co workers got this for me after complaining about my walkway being too dark. It’s a solar powered lantern that is also battery powered and it even came with the batteries. It brings a little piece of home to me because my state bird was a red cardinal. It’s very eye catching, I get so many compliments on it when people walk by my house. The lantern has about an 8 hour charge so I usually leave it on all night and since it’s waterproof I don’t have to worry about it getting damaged in the weather. I can’t wait to buy more.It lights up every night. Cute and good shape so far.I have used it a month now.it has been in the rain, 96 degree weather, wind, and elements.You be the judge.NothingI like my older ..one heavier more rustic darker ..
