Very cheap looking in person. Cushion covers arrived in a separate bag and you get to wrangle them onto the cushions. They will never look tailored. The plastic wicker weave, if it gets wet, will be very hard to dry as the weave is such that no air can circulate in between the layers. Wicker seat backs are low (see how much the pillow sits above the wicker in the picture) and the back pillows are quite narrow. (I read all of the dimensions, but not carefully enough, I guess). I would have returned it, but it's too much trouble and shipping it back would be expensive. Sigh. I highly recommend that people either know the quality of the brand they are purchasing when buying online or go to a big box store where you can sit on the furniture and examine the quality. I figured for $1,629, I would get a decent sectional. Apparently not. You get what you pay for.
