So far it is holding up well. I like that you can drain the water for winter storage and it is easy to move. It’s working well. It is a large black plastic ring- so it’s not as pretty as some of the others but for the price point it was a good compromise.This base works well. It's not the greatest, but does fine in most conditions. The base is flexible so the umbrella may not stand perfectly straight. I filled mine with water only and the umbrella has not fallen over while extended straight. It has fallen over when tilted so might have to add sand next year for more stability at the sacrifice of ease of maneuverability.Works awesome. I needed to solve a problem living on a hilltop with high winds and was always chasing my umbrella down the hill as it blew over and off the deck. My previous umbrella stand was no help at all. With this thing, nothing moves, I have had no issues this year. Everything stays secured where it is supposed to be.I found the product to be of poor quality. One had a crack on top on delivery and the other popped a whole on top when filled with water. Having said that, they are both still usable, so I will keep and use them.The base went together easy enough but when I tried to attach the included pole to the water filled base, I couldn’t. The bolt connect hardware (metal plate) that is suppose to go into the inserted pole was without threads. So my base is sturdy but not put together the way it is suppose to be. I would like to get a new pole bottom (metal plate) connection piece so I can secure my umbrella to it.Works very well so far. The water inside did freeze solid with the last winter storm. The plastic did not crack or break. Good product.I liked it is very easy to handleEven though it’s filled with water it’s still wobbly and the umbrella is not straight I need to put a wedge underneath it to stabilize it
