Very well made sturdy and great color like the pictureI used this to support the sun protection on another tent like structure so I installed over that. We are having constant 100*+ days. It has helped so much.For a light weight sunshade I'm happy. It helps keep the side of my house cooler and seems to be working fine.You can just tell that this quality is what you were hoping for! My kids never go on the back patio in the summer after about 10am (we live in SC) as it’s just unbearable - but played with toys yesterday @ noon and were fine! Love the product. Will update if I have any issues. But you definitely don't need the 1.5 - 2 foot extra on the corners like the diagram says. That's only if you want to tie all 4 corners with the rope provided. It's not as stretchy as you think. I put my posts up with the extra 2 feet and had to use bungee cords to attach it. I just ordered a bigger one and will use this one for a front cover between the posts. All in all, I'm happy with it! Just prepare your mounts true to size.We bought this to use over our hot tub in southern Texas. We installed it very easily. The area below cooled almost immediately just by adding the shade. We were fortunate that it also prevents the sun from beating in through our kitchen window as well. Already noticing a huge difference. I did not include the water resistance as I think it is supposed to allow rain to permeate through as to not cause a puddling effect overhead.
