So glad to have found these products!Purchased this item and was given the option to pick a delivery date. Picked a Saturday two weeks later between 9 to 12. Shipper Ceva never showed and no one ever answers their phones. They then rescheduled without consulting me, so I had no choice other than to take another day off and again Ceva failed to deliver in their stated window. That said it did finally show up 4 hours late. No call, no contact, nothing until they showed up late after I had written them off again. Basically it was a guess when you will get it experience.The umbrella is great overall and worth the price I paid. Does a great job covering our chase lounges around our pool patio; Just wish the whole delivery experience was better. As such I can only give 4 stars.Purple Leaf off-set umbrella is perfect, exceptional quality, and was perfect for my needs. My only complaint is that Amazon used a carrier for the delivery that has a long history of providing terrible service. In reading the reviews, the carrier is consistently late and the tracking info is not accurate on their website. The item arrived 3 weeks late and the carrier showed it “out for delivery” for five days. I must say that Amazon customer service did an excellent job tracking it down and finally got the carrier to deliver my item after it sat in the carrier’s warehouse for 3 weeks. When the box finally arrived, it looked like it had fallen off the truck and was torn in several places. Luckily, the item was not damaged inside. I wanted a larger umbrella than ones sold in brick and mortar store, which seemed like they went up to a max of 11ft. This one is huge and covers most of our patio. It’s easy to assemble, but really heavy, so grab a friend for help.When I got mine, I didn’t realize the was is not included, which was a bummer especially because this is so expensive. I was also missing a piece necessary to assemble the rest of the umbrella. I contacted the company and they were really helpful and responsive and they sent me the missing piece right away.While on the expensive side, you get what you pay for, and this is a quality and impressive umbrella.Great product! Purple Leaf did the right thing and gave me a full refund on the first one I received as it had been damaged beyond repair during shipping which was discovered beyond the 30-day return window. There are not many 13 Ft. umbrellas available and this one is well made and sturdy. I am very pleased with it as well as Purple Leaf for doing the honorable thing. You also do not get any legs only option is to bolt down to the floor. Der Sonnenschirm ist ein Blickfang, wir haben ihn in eine Mauernische eingebaut, dort gibt er wahlweise Schatten für eine Sitzgruppe oder für einen Spielplatz.Die Mechanik läuft gut, einfache Bedienung.
