Good product, easy assembly. Good heat output. Buying one for my moms patio…A bargain for the price.I guess you certainly get what you paid for and this is just that adage. The materials are flimsy. $159.00 is not cheap and 2 days after I ordered the price dropped $30The big issue I had putting this together was removing the blue film off the top cover shroud. The 4 pieces too over an hour. And I still could not get it all off. Ridiculous.Have not started it up yet. Hope it surprises me.I bought this heater for my parents for their backyard. Thanks to lockdown life, we've been spending a lot more time outdoors, and wanted something to keep us warm in the colder seasons.The heater arrived unassembled (which makes sense given how big it is). Everything you need is included in the package including a wrench. Plumber's tape is recommended though, and having a second wrench is helpful for some steps. Otherwise, you have everything you need. Most of the exterior pieces were covered in a protective wrap, and the heater comes with a weather cover for when its fully assembled.I followed the instructions and was able to put it together myself easily enough. One thing I did notice is that there were a few extra washers. The instructions don't say this, but I found they were useful to balance out the base to make sure the main post is straight/level.The stainless steel look is fantastic imo and the heater can put out A LOT of heat. I had previously bought a "firepit" style heater that uses the same propane tank and its pretty much useless. There is no comparison. This heater will definitely do the job for nice, warm backyard dinners with family and friends. The heater is also very easy to turn on - it ignites on the first try of pressing the igniter button.The heater does provide warmth during the colder months. The unit is VERY unstable, and with any strong wind it will topple over. We have had it fall 3 times, doing damage to the unit. There is little room to put any type of weight in the base, and this is something that should be included in future designs of this model. The metal parts corrode easily with any exposure to moisture.On a positive note, their customer is terrific!Pros:1. Setup was very fast and took minimal tools2. Turning it on is easy and it gets hot fast.3. Deflector does a good job aiming heat down towards people without cooking the roof above it.4. Have run it multiple times and still on first propane tank.5. Wife very happy with it.Cons:1. Moving it is a little awkward - wheels need to be larger or rubber instead of plastic.2. The sheet metal it is made of is thin but seems to work fine and is holding up ok.I got this space heater for my new backyard, and I've been very pleased with it so far. It arrived quickly and wasn't very difficult to assemble, and it looks and feels much higher quality than I was expecting! It also puts out a lot of heat! I'm happy with a lot of the features, like the wheels to maneuver it, the hole where you can reach in to shut off the propane tank, and the included cover. It's a full sized outdoor space heater, that certainly does the job as I expected!My one concern is with the connector to the propane tank. It's a straight connector, so there's no right angle after the large metal circle (which I think might be the regulator?). I've seen some that have right angles on them, but since this one doesn't, it has to stick straight out from the connection to the propane tank. This makes it a bit more difficult to put the black metal cover over the tank, and it feels like the cover is pushing against the hose at the connection, which makes me a bit nervous about how that will do over time. So far, it's doing okay though, so we will see.Other than that, I'm really happy with how it looks and performs!So far so good. It took about an hour to put together and was pretty easy if you follow the instructions. The biggest pain was peeling the sticky film off of the reflector. Once put together we did a test that evening and it worked as promised. I had bought a cover for it at the same time and didn't know it came with one. So that was a pleasant surprise.Very easy to put together and works like a charm!très performant , jolie , simple a assemblé .excellent service après vente .
