These chairs are great! There was one part that was hard to assemble, but doable. They look nice and are great out by the pool. The only thing I would suggest is getting a cover as they easily get stained and even with washing they can get dirty quick due to the light color of the cushion. Overall would def buy again. The screws didn't want to go into the predrilled holes. I had to fight with it and then I gave up on the second. If you don't mind the pieces not fitting. Good for purpose. The cover stains very easily but we have left out without bringing it in. It could be worse. After receiving the package assembly went smooth. Instructions were very easy to follow. The chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. I would’ve gave it a 5 star rating if it was not for the cushion that came with the chair. Sitting in upright position the cushion slides down even when tied off. We just stopped using the cushion and place a sun towel over the chair and it works great. - BrianThis product is great! Good quality, easy assembly, looks good! They were delivered on schedule. I am really pleased with the chairs so far, only had them two months. The cushions are more of a reddish orange(rust) color instead of red as pictured. I would have rather had red cushions. They are very sturdy and sit comfortably.Cushion holds water and slides when on it, tie’s don’t hold it tight enough:(??Not waterproof or water resistant cushions. Soaked after a rain. Frames very nicesmaller than thoughtI don’t know what I actually like about these loungers. I don’t like that the loungers can’t be stacked easily for winter storage, the powder coat is very thin and scratches easily, the cushions are very thin and slide around, one of the cushions had the strap one the wrong side and the seller had no replacement, the armrest were already scratched out of the box, the backrest can’t be folded down flat when not being used.I would not buy them again, instead I would spend twice the money for better quality. The lounge chairs arrived about one week earlier. I took me not quite 30 minutes each to assemble them. Contrary to some reviews the holes lined up nicely and the screws went in without a glitch. There were only two where the wicker was in the way but with some twisting and bending the screws were pushed through and threaded. I recommend a screwdriver and ratchet with exchangeable bits (it needs a #4 hex bit) as the supplied Allen wrench will make assembly a drag because you cannot turn it continuously and have to turn a bit and reset the wrench. Tight spaces - what can you do.Once assembled they are easy to schlepp around. The cushion is very comfy and has just the right amount of rigidness and softness. Very happy.I cannot comment on rusting yet as they just arrived yesterday and it has not rained, thankfully. So the jury is still out on this one but judging from the paint job I don't expect any rust any time soon.So overall very happy with the purchase!I truly love these loungers. The only thing I'm not super fond of is that they are narrower than I expected, especially with a weight rating of 400 pounds. I thought there would be a little more wiggle room in the hip area.Comfortable and they look nice. Wasn’t terrible to put together but did take some time. My complaint is we’ve only had for a short time and already the back has unraveled where you adjust the back rest. For the cost I expected better quality.Love the style and sturdiness of them, but the red cushion covers faded SO much in a few months. They now look super old, and we are disappointed. They are now more of an orange color, and they are not reversible. I also purchased a non-slip underpad to put under the cushions so they don't slip - this is a game changer and highly recommend (also purchased on Amazon).
