Love this swing chair. We received it yesterday and couldn't wait to unpack and install it. Finally I carefully unpacked and installed the setup. Few things I liked:1. Nicely packed on delivery. It coudln't fit in our main door and so had it placed in the Garage.2. The delivery company called and asked if it could be delivered sooner than the anticipated date. That was awesome3. No Instruction manual. I was surprised. But then, when I unpacked, the items and parts were pretty intuitive and the setup was done in 10minutes. It took more time for unpacking than the install.4. Very comfy to sit in. I worked on my computer for several hours just sitting on this chair.What I didn't like -Despite of solid packing at delivery, and careful unpacking, I found the chair was damaged. I believe it was damaged even before it was shipped. Attached a picture for reference. See those red circles where A. the connecting steel rod is bent. B. Three of those wires around the area where Steel rod is bent, are cut. I will have to find a way to secure, else I can anticipate the wire coming off in next few days/weeks of using it.
