There is nothing more annoying than missing parts when you are trying to assemble an item you purchased. I'll get to that in a second. Before discovering that, here's what I knew: 1) The instruction manual is sketchy at best. Fortunately I've put lots of things together over the years and can overlook t's uselessness. BUT, how do you send a customer blurry instruction manuals? 2) All the parts are not labeled. There are flimsy stickers on SOME parts however, because they ARE so flimsy, some have no labels at all. 3) (and this is most important) We're missing screws and nuts!!!! How the heck are you to assemble when you're missing parts? Some companies pack a couple extra just in case. Not these guys. Not only no extra, but not enough.I opened the box and was shocked to see that we were short.Guys, it looks nice, but think twice before purchasing this unit. Besides all the above, some of the positioning of the screws are a little hard to get to. In conclusion: annoying.Assembly is a pain.Once done it is nice and comfyHad it for 2 weeks now. Will update later if things change. We love it!! KIDS are definitely getting their everyday vitamin D and our guests prefer hanging out on the deck rather than inside now.
